History
Leap Hospitality was initially formed as a subsidiary of a 25 year old foodservice equipment and manufacturers rep organization. Patrick Phelan, President of Leap Hospitality, analyzed the foodservice industry and found a true “niche” with budding restaurateurs, multi-unit operators, architects, and real estate developers to help implement their ideas and assist with strategic planning, foodservice design, and successful field execution.
Since forming Leap Hospitality, Phelan has added core leadership to help fulfill his vision. Michael Werner, Vice President of Business Development, and Dan Phelan, Director of Operations, bring their practical experience and expertise to on-premise operations, strategic planning, concept development, and construction management.
Leap Hospitality’s network of strategic business partners provides our clients with specialized industry resources and expertise on a project-by-project basis. This network supplies an enormous amount of knowledge, skill and variety to every project, large or small. At Leap we strive to offer our clients the best value, service and sourcing diversity in the industry.
